Prince Buster - Tutti Frutti
This was one of those beautiful days when everything just goes right. The sun is shining, people smile as you go passed, the pavement is soft and springy even. Oh ! I'll just check in the Oxfam shop and see if they have anything interesting. Clothes? (lol) Books? Nah! Old china nick-nacks? ...CDs? hmm. nothing. Some old classical records ... and this Prince Buster from 1967. On Melodisc. Yes!
So I got diggin' around on the Web and there really isn't much about him out there, is there. The best I can find is The BBC and an Album Listing which takes a while to load up. Anyone got any decent links to Prince Buster info.

Thanks Andy, I wandered as far as the wikipedia site but hadn't seen the Electric Ballroom review. Sounds like a great night. A hot summer night in Camden Town, eh. That takes me back. They'd be dipping their feet in the canal afterwards to cool em off!
And I just noticed the little Prince Buster link at the bottom of that page has more info than most. Thanks again.

They have been reissuing Prince Buster 7"s and also put out a weekly podcast called Pirate's Choice which is often full of Prince Buster.
